General Information
MNG Technic is capable of providing repairs, testing and overhauls of many type
of component for commercial aircraft in operation today. These services are performed
at the following shops located at Istanbul base. We additionaly have a second Wheel
shop at Antalya Airport.

MNG Technic has built a loyal global customer base by providing high-quality performance,

experience technicians more than 30 years of experience serving in the aviation
industry. As the workshops is comprehensively equipped, many new part number of
components CMM is available can be quickly accommodated.
All Components are repaired, overhauled and tested according to related CMM and
OHM in accordance with FAA, EASA and JAR. Each component will be returned to the
customer with JAA Form 1, EASA Form 1or FAA Form 8130, concerning Test Data Report
and Shop Report.

Hydrostatic Shop
Hydrostatic Shop is fully equipped to Overhaul , Repair, modify & test various
components of Portable Fire Ext (Halon 1211), Container Fire Ext (Halon 1301), Oxy
Cylinder, Slide Reservoir Assy, Emergeny Power, Oxy Pressure Regulater, Crew Oxy
Mask Regulaters.

Slide/Slide Raft & Life Vests Shop
We provide the full fleet Slide Overhaul services for all Air Cruiser and Goodrich
escape slides and slide / raft assemblies. We also provide life vest overhaul for
all OEMs. All repair and overhaul services are performed according to the approved
manufacturer documents.

Electric & Electronics Shop
Electric & Electronic Shop carries out the works of Inspection, Test, Repair
and Overhaul of many component as listed in our capability list. Considering Chapters
are 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 33 and 34 for Commercial Aircraft.

Wheel & Brake Unit Shop
Wheel and Brake Unit Shop is equipped with the latest equipment, experienced technicians
you receive a quality product and on-time delivery. We perform Main Wheel Overhaul
/ Build-Up, Nose Wheel Overhaul / Build-Up, Brake Unit Overhaul / Relining and necessary
repairs for type of Aircraft
