MNG TECHNIC, the Turkish MRO owned by MNG Group of Companies, is expanding its Customer range.

Although the Global Crisis forces companies to shrink their size, MNG TECHNIC has chosen a complete different path. Turkey’s biggest MRO in number of third party Airframe Maintenance has signed a 3 years exclusive contract with the Croatian Charter Carrier, Dubrovnik Airlines. Dubrovnik Airlines is currently operating 5 MD-80 Series Aircraft, and created with the backing of Dubrovnik-based heavy freight shipping company Atlantska Plovidba. MNG TECHNIC has already accomplished 2 C Checks for Dubrovnik Airlines and the Aircraft were delivered back.

Besides of expanding its customer range, MNG TECHNIC is also extending its in-house capabilities. Currently, MNG TECHNIC has accomplished RIB 5 modifications for 2 A320 type Aircraft from Freebird of Turkey, and Bluewings of Germany. Also, the Pylon modification in accordance with SB 54-1037 on Spanish Carrier Swiftair’s B737-300 Cargo Aircraft has been performed with success.

MNG TECHNIC officials also informed that another MD-80 Series Aircraft of Swiftair has arrived in MNG TECHNIC for a C Check.
